Thank you for taking the time to visit Soul Food. I am a spiritualist, mystic, spiritual activist, divine healer and light worker. I use my spiritual gifts to offer spiritual support & services to community. I am a certified Spiritual Intuitive Energy Healer, self-taught spiritual meditator (9yrs+) inspired by my relationship with the creator. I also have a liberal arts bachelors degree in the Human Services field.

Soul Food is a result of my spiritual evolution and relationship to the divine. It is a mind, body, spirit service whose goal is to support the soul's journey through the challenges in this dimension. I am simply a conduit of the divine power that produces the food for the soul.
